Construction of Phase 3 of the Altydgedacht Mixed-Use Development, located on Portion 18 of Farm 276, Altydgedacht, Durbanville, Western Cape. Phase 3 will consist of 90 residential units which could include retirement erven, two-storey walk ups & duplex units. Altydgedacht is a historic wine farm established around 1700, with the southern extent of the farm (±105.72 ha) being the focus area for development. The ±40ha development area will cover approximately 15% of the total farm area. The layout provides for seven development phases to be implemented in non-sequential order as service infrastructure and market demand allow. The GPS co-ordinates are 33°50'39.0"S 18°37'29.4"E.
