About this development
Construction of a new purpose-built general aviation and turboprop base on Rondeberg Road, North of central Cape Town, off the N7 highway in the Western Cape. Project value of R500 million. The Atlantic Aerodrome development will be implemented in three phases. Phase 1 will include the establishment of the core aerodrome facilities, including the construction of the runway, aircraft hangars, FBO facilities, clubhouse, guest accommodation, aviation lighting, civil infrastructure, internal roads, stormwater systems, and associated electrical and mechanical services. GPS coordinates are 33°35'15.1"S 18°36'59.2"E.
