Project value estimated at $3.8 billion. Scope of works could include: Constructing a gas supply network comprising of gas fields, wells and pipelines. A natural gas processing plant, a methanol production and refining plant and product export facilities. The approximate GPS location has been placed along the proposed area of construction 4°18'27.9"N 6°24'36.8"E
