Construction of the civil works and site preparation for the construction of a 700 bed capacity Bungoma Level 6 Teaching and Referral Hospital located on Plot L.R No. Bokoli/Chwele 2458 in Sichei Village, Mukuyuni Ward, Kabuchai Sub-County, Bungoma County, Kenya. Associated and support facilities will include: an on-site wastewater treatment plant (subject to an Effluent Discharge Licence); a modern NEMA-licensed microwave-based non-burn healthcare waste treatment installation serving the hospital’s own waste (estimated generation of approximately 700–980 kg/day general and 140–210 kg/day infectious waste); water storage tanks of at least 130,000 litres supplemented by rainwater harvesting; standby power generation; internal access roads, parking and drainage; and utility connections.
