About this development
Completion of the refurbishment and upgrading of the existing Hugo Bierman building in the Simonstown Naval Base on 172 St George's Street, Simon's Town, Cape Town in the Western Cape. CIDB 7 GB. Scope of works not limited to: Design development, refurbishment, and construction works to upgrade an existing building. The works will include finalising technical drawings and specifications, procurement of materials, site establishment, and execution of construction activities. Scope will include roof repairs and waterproofing, concrete repairs, structural maintenance, replacement of damaged building elements, installation of new building services, plumbing and electrical upgrades, fire protection installations, kitchen refurbishments, internal alterations, floor and wall finishes, replacement of sanitary fittings, installation of signage, security improvements, and general building maintenance. The GPS co-ordinates are 34°11'36.9"S 18°26'14.6"E
