Construction of the proposed residential development of two towers accommodating parking, residential apartments, recreational facilities and related facilities/services on L.R. No. Nairobi/Block 21/226 (original No. 209/4909) measuring approximately 0.3035 hectares (0.75 acres) situated on Riverside Gardens, off Riverside Drive within Riverside area, Nairobi County, Kenya. Estimated value of the project is KShs. 497,396,003.00 (R63 712 995,95). The project involves development of two towers with basement, ground, mezzanine, 1st – 15th floors plus the roof top. The basement, ground and mezzanine floors shall accommodate parking and driveway. In addition, the ground floor shall accommodate dustbin cubicle, generator room, transformer room and diesel store. The 1st floor shall accommodate 6 x one-bedroom apartments, 4 x studio apartments, swimming pool and associated amenities, play area, meeting room, reception, small store, gym, studio, coffee/tea area and green gardens while the 2nd floor shall accommodate 6 x one-bedroom apartments, 6 x two-bedroom apartments and 4 x studio apartments. The 3rd to 15th floors will accommodate 8 x two-bedroom apartments, 6 x one-bedroom apartments and 4 x studio apartments. The 16th (rooftop floor 1) floor shall accommodate office, terrace, badminton court and pickle ball. The proposed project will have a total of 260 x residential units comprising of 110 x two-bedroom apartments, 90 x one-bedroom apartments and 60 x studio apartments.
