About this development
Construction of the new Emeris University Cornubia to be located along Tacoma Drive, Blackburn Estate, Mount Edgecombe, within the eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal. The proposed project will be undertaken in two phases. Phase 1 will involve the construction of the school campus, which will accommodate approximately 8000 students and include a purpose-built 500 bed student residence. Phase 2 is a future phase in which the campus will be expanded to accommodate 10 500 students and an additional 500 residence beds will be added, bringing the total on-site accommodation to 1 000 beds. The GPS coordinates of the site are 29°42'57.5"S 31°03'25.6"E
