About this development
Civil works and associated infrastructure for the construction of a warehouse and light industrial units on Portion 250 of the Farm 745, in Goedgeloof, St Francis Bay, Eastern Cape. The scope of works includes the construction of a security gatehouse (20.10m²), 147 parking bays (1.838m²), a concrete-paved driveway (13,000m²), a refuse yard, an electric power line area and pipeline servitude (combined 0.27ha), areas for the re-establishment of wetlands incorporating retention ponds and stormwater run-off and a 10-meter buffer zone from artificial wetland areas.
