Construction of a green manufacturing hub within the Atlantis Special Economic Zone located on William Gourlay Street, Atlantis, Cape Town, Western Cape. The scope of works includes: Industrial and manufacturing facilities, commercial and office space, skills development and training facilities, shared amenities and supporting infrastructure, utilities and services that meet international sustainability standards (including EV charging stations). The development aims to be a 4-star rated new build V2 and an EDGE certified building. The GPS co-ordinates for the ASEZ are 33°35'45.8"S 18°28'36.2"E.
