About this development
Construction of a 1 300m² meeting room and shared spaces building for the Cape Town Hosting Infrastructure System for iThemba Labs, on Erf 41967, Old Faure Road, Mfuleni/Blue Downs, Cape Town, Western Cape. The development includes an operation centre, data centre and power utility building and roof top solar PV installations. The operation centre office buildings will contain CTOC offices, meeting rooms, warehouses and stores. Other components of the development include: Landscaping and elevated boardwalks; service and delivery yard; future PV farm area (indicated for context, not part of this project). The GPS co-ordinates are 34°01'30.1"S 18°43'18.0"E.
