Construction of the iTonka Square retail redevelopment which includes the upgrade and expansion of the existing shopping centre on the corner of Tonk Meter Road and Rhokana Street, Selcourt, Springs, Gauteng. Project cost is estimated at R127 million. Scope of works could include: redevelopment and refurbishment of an existing retail centre into a fully enclosed shopping mall of ±21 000m², construction of new retail spaces, internal reconfiguration, façade upgrades, installation of anchor tenant stores including Shoprite and Boxer, development of an estimated 90 retail shops, eateries and parking upgrades.
