Replacement and upgrading of the water pipes, Phase 1 and 2, in Kei Mouth, Eastern Cape. CIDB 8CE. The scope of works includes including the repair and development of existing springs, upgrade of the existing borehole, refurbishment of existing pump stations, new rising mains, upgrading of existing water treatment works, new reservoirs, bulk pipelines and reticulation. The GPS co-ordinates have been placed at the Kei Mouth WWTW 32°41'59.8"S 28°21'44.0"E
