About this development
Construction, refurbishment and upgrade of of existing building facility on stand/property F33/12 Erf 8190 for Kgarose Kgaros at Seshego Industrial Park in Limpopo. CIDB 7GB. The scope of works includes renovating and modifying the facility to meet food processing standards. This entails constructing internal partitions for ablution facilities, a kitchen, storerooms, and working areas, repairing the roof, installing floor drains and a sewer system, paving the driveway; and constructing water treatment and storage systems. The works also include the installation of cold rooms, a facility air-conditioning system, backup power systems, fencing, a mini outlet shop, and sweet potato yoghurt processing machinery.
