The scope of work comprises of earthworks, platforms, foundations with slabs, masonry, roof structure and coverings, ceiling boards, insulation, electricity, plaster and paint walls internally and externally, plumbing, build water tanks and install water tanks with downpipes and gutters. External works include services and retaining walls. The GPS marker has been placed in the Malukazi project area 29°59'58.0"S 30°53'45.5"E
