Construction of a maternity building and laboratory at Shinyanga Regional Referral Hospital in Shinyanga, Tanzania. Project value is TZS 18,951,456,969 (R117 920 248,29). Scope of works: includes mobilization, site establishment, setting out, site preparation and implementation of all required health, safety, environmental and social compliance measures. Civil and structural works shall include excavation, earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete works, walling, roofing and all associated structural components. Architectural works shall include internal and external finishes such as plastering, painting, tiling, ceilings, doors, windows, glazing and general building completion. The works shall further include mechanical services comprising plumbing, water supply, drainage, sanitary installations and stormwater systems as specified. Electrical and ICT works shall include wiring, distribution boards, lighting, power outlets, earthing, lightning protection and all associated installations, including testing and commissioning. External works and utility connections shall include drainage, paving, reinstatement of disturbed areas, and integration with existing hospital services.
