About this development
Construction of services for the residential development known as MCWAP-1 Site which is located on Farm 647 LQ next to the existing MCWAP-1 Pumping Station, downstream of the Mokolo Dam in the Limpopo Province. The site is located approximately 52km south of Lephalale Town and can be accessed from the national road R510. The ancillary infrastructure required for the site includes the following: roads and stormwater services, potable water, sewer, electrical reticulations and security fencing.
