Upgrades and additions to Morningside Combined School on Thangeni Feedlot Farm in Dundee, Kwazulu-Natal. CIDB 7GB. Scope of works: 8 new standard classrooms, 1 multi-purpose classroom with 2 storerooms, new Administration Block with Principal’s office, staff room, general office, reception and foyer, stock room, kitchen, 2 sick rooms, 2 offices, records room and print room. New Media Centre with workroom, 1 storeroom, foyer, computer room with H.O.D’s office, workroom, 1 Team Teaching Room/Activity Room, ECD Centre with 3 ECD classrooms, 3 stores, covered play area, sandpits and jungle gym, walkways and fencing. Guard house. SNP kitchen with bulk storeroom, vegetable store and equipment storeroom. Electrical installation to the entire school. Air-conditioning units to the Administration building. Demolition of existing dilapidated structures, prefab classrooms, carport, etc. Relocation of prefab classrooms. Relocation of the existing steel container. Refurbishment to the existing 3 classroom blocks. Construction of related external works. The GPS marker has been placed at the Morningside Primary School 28°13'01.0"S 30°17'43.8"E
