About this development
Construction of an additional area that adds another 7,520 m² to Mphephu Plaza in Limpopo. The site is bordered by the townships of Dzanani, Tshikomboni and Dopeni on Portion 4 of 199 of Farm Siloam, on the R523 in Limpopo. The scope of work includes demolitions, alterations, bulk earthworks, the construction of one anchor tenant, and a variety of national retailers. The development will also feature banking facilities, fashion and furniture stores, restaurants, small traders, and associated external parking. The GPS co-ordinates are 22°54'02.1"S 30°11'20.1"E
