Repairs and renovations for the Northern Cape Department of Health's new office space located at 173 du Toitspan Road, Kimberley, Northern Cape. CIDB 7GB. The scope of works is for the renovation of the old Pathcare / NC Radiology Building and includes the following: The demolition of the existing roof structure and supply new roof, electrical works, wet services, mechanical installation etc. as well as minor external works. The building consists mainly of face brick superstructure on a concrete strip footing foundation, metal roof sheeting, aluminium windows, and internal finishes consisting of plaster and paint to walls, wall tiles, suspended ceiling and nailed up ceiling, ceramic floor tiles. The GPS co-ordinates are 28°44'40.0"S 24°46'20.2"E.
