About this development
Construction of a new work facility for heavy commercial truck accident repairs (HCTAR) located on 2 Chloor Road, Chloorkop, Edenvale, Gauteng. The project is a ‘greenfields’ development, which will require site clearance and the demolition of the existing outhouse, guardhouse, carports and tar surfaces. The existing offices on the site will remain operational during the construction of the new facility. The project includes bulk earthworks, foundations, roadworks, and the construction of a new facility with 28 work bays for truck repairs, staff ablutions, a truck alignment and inspection pit, a spray paint booth, and a new guardhouse at the entrance. The existing boundary fence will remain intact, except for a portion on the west, which will be replaced with a new boundary wall. GPS co-ordinates 26°03'38.9"S 28°10'38.7"E
