Construction of civils and infrastructure for the Ngqura Manganese export terminal project on Erf 359 Ngqura, Port Elizabeth, in the Eastern Cape.The scope of the project includes the handling of the manganese handling plant and associated equipment; railway infrastructure from the mainline take-off point to the tippler yard adjacent to the manganese stockyard; rail unloading and stockyard feed infrastructure, including equipment, machinery and instruments; access and service roads (namely, an access road from the nearby MR435 to the stockyard and a service road for the conveyor); a closed or covered manganese stockyard; a piped or enclosed overland conveyor belt system; two ship-loaders at the quayside; and bulk services such as water supply, sewage systems, electricity, and telecommunications.
