About this development
Construction of a sports facilities at the West Campus, Potchefstroom, North West. CIDB 7GB. Scope of works could include but not limited to: new ablutions, 4 cloakrooms, storage stormwater management & floodlights new soccer /rugby training pitch to be added, two 25-seater spectator stands at each pitch, groundworks to be done, floor graded and gabion or other type of retainer wall with steps and ramps leading to pitches, new guardhouse, access control, defined entrance, formal parking to be added, with walkway wrapping around the pitch from new ablutions to parking lot. Some trees & bushes need to be removed, and area needs to be appropriately landscaped. The GPS marker has been placed at the university 26°41'21.4"S 27°05'41.0"E
