Scope of works could include: Reclamation and dredging of land from Lagos Lagoon to create a gated exclusive residential estate with medium- to high-density residential and commercial buildings, a private marina basin, extensive landscaping, outdoor leisure facilities, sustainable features: renewable energy for 24/7 power, green buildings to reduce carbon emissions.
