Construction of new offices, warehouse and a workshop for SMSA Africa Logistics Group on 54 Road no.5, Brentwood Park, Benoni, Gauteng. Scope of works could include: Offices consisting of : concrete bases and footing, concrete framework with infill brickwork, steel and timber roof structure, sheet metal roof sheeting and side cladding with aluminium doors and windows. Internal finishes consist of tiling, vinyl flooring, carpets, drywalls, brick plastered walls and suspended infill ceilings and plastered ceilings. Warehouse consist of : concrete bases and footing, concrete and steel column, with infill brickwork, steel roof structure, sheet metal roof sheeting and side cladding and roller shutter doors. Workshop consisting of : concrete bases and footing, concrete and steel column, with infill brickwork, steel roof structure, sheet metal roof sheeting and side cladding, roller shutter doors and with aluminium doors and windows. Internal finishes to offices consist of tiling, drywalls, brick plastered walls and suspended infill ceilings and plastered ceilings.
