Construction of the new Sunningdale Primary School on erf 40118, Sunningdale which is 69 Burlington Road, Sunningdale, Western Cape. The project value is R 74 060 501,71. The scope of works includes, Section 1: Administration block, 12 foundation phase classrooms and 15 intermediate phase classrooms with associated ablution facilities, 4 senior classrooms and 4 grade R classrooms with associated ablution facilities, media centre, IT and attendant rooms, netball courts, soft and hard landscape, including planters, benches, drinking water fountains, water storage tanks with plant room, court yard and play area with playground equipment. Section 2: School hall with solar PV on roof, sports field with associated services and facilities, cut-off drain trenches to the east and south of the school.
