Construction of the Grand Stade Hassan II Train station and connecting infrastructure on a 100-hectare site in El Mansouria, Benslimane Province Morocco. Project cost is estimated at MAD 5 billion (approximately US$500 million USD). Scope of works could include: Construction of a 115,000 capacity football stadium. The stadium will have a conical tented roof with three-tier ends, hospitality stands, royal box, training fields, a hotel, shopping centers, a conference center, athletics track, multi-sport hall, parking for 10,000 vehicles, new train station, inclusive of road and rail upgrades, inspired by Moroccan 'moussem' tents.
