About this development
Construction of the Tournée 2 Solar PV facility and associated infrastructure on remaining Portion of Portion 3 of Farm Dwars-in-die-Weg 350 IS and Portion 6 of Farm Dwars-in-die-Weg 350 IS near Thuthukani, Mpumalanga. The Tournée Solar PV Cluster will include two 150MW solar energy facilities (SEFs). The cluster is being developed in the context of the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (REIPPP), in conjunction with private off-take or wheeling agreements. The proposed Solar PV Facility will connect to a nearby Eskom substation (still to be confirmed) through an up to 132kV single or double circuit powerline. The exact GPS coordinates are not known and has been estimated as per the locality map 26°45'21.4"S 29°23'49.5"E
