The scope of works could include the construction of a administrative block which includes advisors cubicles, counselling quarters, open plan and closed offices, mini clinic, boardrooms and a cafeteria as well as a resource centre which could include the construction of ablution areas, computer labs, lecture venues, server rooms and a library. The GPS coordinates have been placed at the area of construction as per the tender document 25°28'20.9"S 30°59'27.3"E
