West Coast FET College MPH

Construction of a single level with mezzanine multi purpose hall with sport flooring and ablutions at the Malmesbury campus of the West Coast FET College, Malmesbury, Western Cape. The project value is R 32 978 980,73. The scope entails the complete demolition and safe removal of an existing single-storey brick-and-mortar building of approximately 30m². The area is to be cleared in preparation for new construction works to follow with careful decanting, relocation and reinstatement of four existing prefabricated classrooms (approx. 20 m² each, 80 m² total) from their current location to a designated site within the same campus. These units are to be fully reassembled and made operational, inclusive of structural alignment and connection readiness for services.
