Scope of works could include: Construction of a 42,000-seat asymmetrical bowl with sunken pitch, cable-stayed roof, undulating LED façade, three-tier stands, an Owners’ Plaza at 30,000 capacity with museum, VIP areas, training fields, tennis courts and swimming halls, a mosque, and the integration of a university and hospital within the broader complex.
