Construction of internal electric tram line, autonomous mobility systems, underground logistics and public realm infrastructure on the Spine development site (within Madinaty), New Cairo, Egypt. Project cost: Part of overall $27 billion (core enabling infrastructure for the cognitive city). Scope of works could include: Implementation of car-free pedestrian-first environment with internal electric tram network connecting the 5km corridor; driverless/autonomous mobility with smart routing; underground tunnels for logistics/vehicles; swimmable lagoon, walkable parks, social spaces, promenades, lakes/water features; carbon-neutral/clean energy systems and integrated AI/IoT backbone for real-time optimization. GPS coordinates: Approx. 30.096655° N, 31.662533° E (marker placed along the main 5km Spine corridor alignment in Madinaty for tram/public realm focus).
