About this development
Construction of the new Brandvlei Periodical Court on erf 143, Brandvlei, Hantam Municipality in the Karoo region of the Northern Cape. The development is approximately 374m² compromising of court rooms with all auxiliary services, the South African Police Service (SAPS) and the Department of Correctional Services (DCS) areas including the holding and court cells, administration areas and offices, cash hall areas, public and security areas. The works will consist of all the associated services eg. plumbing, electrical (consists of installation and LV + UPS supply and standby generators), electronic (comprises of the alarm system, fire alarm system, public access system, telephone and data system, court recording system, building management system, access control system, CCTV, X-ray machine and metal detector installations) and mechanical work (consists of the HVAC installation- VRF system with air conditioning and ventilation system, condensate drainage systems and associated electrical work) as well as installation of the facilities for persons living with disabilities.
