Construction of Phase 3 for the return effluent distribution water infrastructure to Zones 3, 5, 6, 7 and 9 of the Coega SEZ in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. CIDB 8GB. The extent of the planned works entails the construction of new RE pipelines and ancillary works. The proposed pipeline will run from the Coegakop Reservoir, and along Neptune Road. The GPS marker has been placed at the Coegakop Reservoir, 33°46'15.1"S 25°37'02.7"E.
