Construction of the civils and infrastructure for a fuel station and KFC outlet on erven 1058, 88 Church Street, Graaff Reinet, Eastern Cape. The scope of works includes the demolition of an existing, non-operational fuel station and in its place, the construction of a newly upgraded fuel station with a total below ground storage volume of approximately 120,000 litres of fuel, convenience store, including a KFC outlet, ATM, delivery parking areas, two access roads, landscaped area and delivery bay (loading and unloading goods).
