Construction of new Isuzu dealership located on Portion 180 of the Farm Langeberg Heights, 311 Hex River Road, Kraaifontein, Western Cape. Scope of works - A new dealership with parking. The building consists of a single level concrete and steel structure, chromadeck roof sheeting, brick perimeter walls all finished with plaster and paint, aluminium framed glass shopfronts, aluminium & sheeted cladding to facades & roller shutter doors to service entrances. Internal floor finishes of power floated concrete floors, finished with tiles, polished concrete, epoxy and carpets. Suspended ceilings to showrooms, offices, parts sales etc. Air-conditioning installed to showrooms, offices, sales cubicles etc. Internal walls are brickwork finished with plaster & paint and drywall partitioning finished with paint. The exact GPS co-ordinates are 33°50'11.7"S 18°41'53.0"E.
