Upgrade of MDC Section 7A from Montrose interchange to west of Alkmaar intersection N4-7 from km 23.07 to km 32.72 in Mpumalanga. CIDB 9CE/SB. The road is divided into two typical existing road sections: Section 1: km 23.09, north of Montrose Interchange to km 31.3 undivided 4-lane road with narrow surfaced shoulders. Section 2: km 31.3 to km 32.72 divided dual carriageway with narrow outside surfaced shoulders. The GPS coordinates have been placed along the construction route 25°25'58.4"S 30°47'54.6"E
