Construction of a new shopping centre to be known as Mikeva Link, located on erf 23396, corner of Louis Fourie Road and Bill Jeffrey Street in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. The existing fire damaged Mikeva Hyper will be demolished and will be included in the new mall, which will have a GLA of ± 13 000m². The GPS co-ordinates are 34°10'57.4"S 22°06'44.3"E.
