Construction of a motor sport facility for the Mossdustria Expansion, located on the Remainder of Portion 8 of the Farm Rietvalley 225, Mossel Bay, Western Cape. The proposed facility will comprise: 80 erven for workshops, covering 0.8 ha; 11 sites for showrooms/workshops; parking area with 1 980 bays; a 3 320m tar racetrack; a 1 000m drag strip; a 21 000m² spinning track; 600m of tar go-carting; 350m of gravel go-carting; RAR pits totalling 8 000m²; gravel pits totaling 5 000m²; 2 large pavilions each 300m in length; 5 medium pavilions each 150m in length; 5 small pavilions each 50m in length; ablutions x 1 of 400m²; ablutions x 7 totaling 75m²; 10 x vendor stalls/ shops of 25 m²; fuel storage up to 5000 litres; 2 gatehouses of 250m². The GPS co-ordinates are 34°10'01.1"S 22°00'14.2"E.
