Construction of the new 8-hour Mpozolo Primary Healthcare facility in the Mpozolo Village, 38 kilometres from Willowvale, Ward 24 of the Mbhashe Local Municipality, Amathole District Municipality, Eastern Cape. CIDB 7GB. Scope of works could include but not limited to: construction of the healthcare facility with accommodation for: clinical services e.g, consulting rooms, counselling, vitals, sputum booths, dispensary and administration and staff areas e.g. main and sub-waiting areas, reception, records, ablutions and staff rest rooms and public areas e.g. community meeting rooms, waiting areas and walkways and construction of general support services facilities e.g. utilities building, waste management, guard house, on-site laundry room and staff accommodation/nurses home.
