Upgrading of National Route N2 section 25 from Edwin Swales interchange at km 11.8 to south of EB Cloete interchange at km 16.0, KwaZulu-Natal in the eThekwini Metro Municipality. CIDB 9CE. Scope of works include: Upgrading of the Existing Edwin Swales tnterchange to a full free flow interchange with four new ramps, 2 new loops, and 2 new directional ramp bridges. Upgrading of Route M7 (Interchange Cross Road) is also included within the interchange area.
