Construction of Phase 2 of the upgrades and additions at Ndofela Clinic located on Farm Number 109 in Dolisini Village, near Sterkspruit, Eastern Cape. CIDB 8GB/7GBPE Construction will be done over 2 sections - Section 1: Construction of main clinic building, services building, guard house, elevated tank and associated external works and electrical and mechanical installation (18 months). Section 2: Relocation of existing prefabs, construction of multipurpose and repairs, additions and re-configuration of existing buildings to form residences, fencing and completion of works as a whole (6 months) .The GPS co-ordinates are 30°23'02.7"S 27°25'54.4"E.
