Refurbishment of Nwanedi Nature Reserve Contract B in the Vhembe District Municipality, Limpopo. CIDB 7CE. Scope of Works: The works comprise the construction of a new sewer system, including pipework, manholes, septic tanks, and the introduction of a new Lilliput system for improved waste management. The project also includes the construction of a new domestic water system with pipework, water storage tanks, pumps, and a purification system. Additional works involve cleaning the existing stormwater pipelines and improving stormwater management through the introduction of paving in selected areas, as well as paving of internal roads and parking areas. The external electrical network between facilities will be upgraded, including improvements to external lighting, together with the provision of mobile network infrastructure. The project further includes the construction of new fire protection systems, including the installation of the required pumps, with the fire water tank to be shared with the domestic water supply.
