About this development
Construction of a Skills Development Centre for the Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority in Thohoyandou, Vhembe District, Limpopo. CIDB 8 CE/GB/EB/ME. Scope of works could include: Turnkey delivery of a new Skills Development Centre for SASSETA. The appointed contractor will identify and procure a suitable 900-1,200m² site, undertake all feasibility studies, investigations, stakeholder consultations and architectural and engineering designs, obtain all required statutory approvals, and present the proposed development to SASSETA. The contractor will then construct the facility in accordance with the approved plans, complete all contractual and regulatory requirements, and hand over the fully completed centre to SASSETA together with the project close-out documentation. GPS coordinates are unknown and marker has been placed in Thohoyandou, 22°56'47.5"S 30°29'15.4"E.
