About this development
Upgrading of the Pienaarsriver sewer pump station in Ward 8 in Bela-Bela in the Bela-Bela Local Municipality, Limpopo. CIDB 7CE. Scope of works includes but is not limited to: Refurbishment of the pump station including extending the pump house, water proofing of the underground concrete walls, painting of the facility and fixing the handrails. Construction of a new operator’s facility with floor area of approximately 92m² including electrical and plumbing accessories. Construction of approximately 25m² new guardhouse including new access gate, kitchenette, toilet facilities and electrical accessories. Refurbishment of the existing security fence including extending the boundaries with approximately 240m to incorporate the new guardhouse and operators’ facility. Construction of approximately 200m paved access road including pavement layers and stormwater culvert. The GPS marker has been placed at the location of the sewer pump station 25°13'23.1"S 28°17'26.3"E
