CIDB 7CE. The site is located within the SAMCOR Park Industrial area at 459 Alwyn Street, between the Waltloo and Nellmapius townships. Scope of works: 7500m² of road surface and earthworks, 3100m² of walkways, various ancillary roadwork, 425m of stormwater pipes with junction boxes and inlets, 1250m of water pipes, 180m of sewer pipes and 2500m² of intersection upgrades.
