The development will include the construction of a 180-room hotel comprising standard rooms, executive rooms, suites and 9 long-stay apartments, as well as associated amenities such as restaurants, kitchens, wellness facilities including gym and spa, a swimming pool, and private dining areas. Works may further include: HVAC systems, backup power and water systems, solar energy infrastructure, parking facilities of 800 bays, landscaping and access roads.
