Construction works for the completion of the infrastructure works at Ga-Rankuwa Ext 10, Pretoria, Gauteng. Value of R43 791 102.81. The scope of works entails the following: water reticulation, construction of new 1140m long 110mm Ø uPVC pipe in Phase 5, supply and installation of 67 isolation valves, supply and installation of 27 fire hydrants, construction of 45 new valve chambers, supply and installation of 15 Manhole covers, pressure testing of water reticulation in Phase 6, remedial works on existing water reticulation, sterilization of water pipelines, connection to existing water mains 2. The Sewer Reticulation: construction of new 100m long 160mm Ø uPVC pipe in Phase 6, cleaning of sewer lines in phase 5 and 6 (approx. 1797m length), CCTV inspection of sewer pipes phase 5 and 6, pressure testing of sewer lines phase 5 and 6, remedial works on existing sewer reticulation, inspection and testing of Manholes, supply and installation of manhole cover slab and lids, connection to existing sewer. Stormwater: cleaning of sewer lines in phase 5 and 6 (approx. 1797m length), CCTV inspection of sewer pipes phase 5 and 6, inspection and completions of kerb inlets; Manholes; Grid inlets, construction of new 600mm diameter concrete pipe class 100D 10m long, connection to existing stormwater 4, road, parking and platforms, construction of 4.5m wide concrete paved road, 1.1km length (80mm paving interlocking), construction of kerbing, construction of gravel pavement layers, construction of platforms for buildings, approx. area 67 600m2 5.
