About this development
Upgrading of roads and stormwater systems in Ga-Rankuwa Zone 5, Phase 1, Ga-Rankuwa, Pretoria, Gauteng. CIDB 7CE. The proposed length of the streets to be upgraded is roughly 2252m. Stormwater runoff will be managed using a combination of trapezoidal concrete channels, edge beams, and existing kerb inlets to minimize potential damage to the road, surrounding property, infrastructure, and the environment. Subsoil drainage pipes will also be installed where necessary. The project focuses on upgrading the existing road to improve its functionality and resilience. The names of the roads are: Phutu, Masike, Nyakale, Masenye and Mafale. The area can be accessed via Lucas Mangophe Road (M31); development areas accessible through Molatlhoa Street.
