Refurbishment of the Georgedale substation situated in eThekwini Camperdown Rural, eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal. CIDB 7CE. The scope of work for this project includes construction of a new standard access control building with an operating room, ablution, panel room and porch, all operating room windows and door to be bullet proof, new 1500 litres septic tank and French drain, new manhole and sleeves for cables & paving around the building; Refurbishment of the Control building and installation of a new oil dam. The GPS marker has been placed at the Georgedale substation 29°46'57.8"S 30°36'48.1"E
