Civil works for a new vehicle distribution service (VDS) facility for OneLogix on Erf 30 Umlaas Road near Camperdown, situated within the Mkhambathini Local Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of chicken houses; installation of bulk earthworks; relocation of existing electricity connections; bulk connections for water and electricity services; construction of parking storage for light and heavy vehicles (approximately 230 000m² and 66 000m² respectively); stormwater management; retaining walls; sewer system; water reticulation; fire reticulation; upgrading of the R603 / D125 intersection and D125 to access gate and adjacent properties; front access gate and associated buildings; construction of an office building, commercial fitment centre, light vehicle PDI and fitment centre, wash bay and inspection area, and an above-ground fuel storage and filling depot.
